A delegation from Puwan New District in Dalian, led by Nie Pin, director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress, Pulandian, Dalian, visited the Planning Exhibition Center of Liangjiang New Area on November 27.

Hao Ming, vice-director of Liangjiang Administrative Committee accompanied the visit.

The delegation consisted of 10 local officials, who came to learn about Liiangjiang’s advanced experience of promoting economic and social development as well as the administration system’s design and operation.

In Liangjiang New Area Planning Exhibition Center, the delegation learnt about Liangjiang’s geographical advantages, its background, overall planning, development objectives, and the latest developments of cloud computing, automotive and other key industries.

Hao Ming briefed visitors on Liangjiang’s "pilot" experience in setting up the administrative system, institutional functions, and economic development and innovation.
