Taiwan painting and calligraphy exhibited in Chongqing

The Cross-Straits Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition opened in Liangjiang Gallery on Dec 12, Chongqing Daily reported.

The exhibition is part of the 2015 Chongqing and the World Culture Carnival and will last until Dec 27.

Zhang Guangbin, is a veteran painter in Taiwan. He used to be a researcher at Taipei's National Palace Museum and enjoys a very high reputation in Taiwan.

He is not only talented at painting and writing, but is also known for his research of traditional visual art. He is the author of several books on the subject.
