Liu Shumo, male, Han, was born in March 1962 in Banan, Chongqing. He holds a bachelor’s degree of Art.

Liu joined the work force in August 1983 and joined the Communist Party in 1991.

He is currently vice-director of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee.
