Since its establishment, Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area, the first inland state-level new area in China, has built a good environment for university graduates and entrepreneurs to start their own businesses and realize their dreams.

The Cybernaut Mobile Internet Incubation Base in Liangjiang's Northern New Industrial District was built as a result of Liangjiang promoting the incubation of new businesses. During its first stage, Cybernaut invited 10 successful businessmen to act as the supervisors for startup businesses. Cybernaut also launched a special fund to support startups and encouraged supervisors to join the micro businesses' operations.

The Internet Industry Park in Liangjiang is an incubator base for Web-based financial startups. The incubator contains six functions, which include investment training and a startup service. As of now, more than 20 enterprises have entered the park.

With the development of the gaming industry, the Mobile Game Incubator Park in the Northern New Industrial District has introduced both enterprises and research groups. The park functions as a place where business startup platform can be constructed, with multiple functions for mobile game business starters. The park will also provide enterprises based there with a good work environment and supporting facilities.

Riding the wave of the Internet service industry boom, O2O commerce (Online to Offline) in the Liangjiang New Area has entered a new development stage. With the introduction of China's largest crowdsourcing platform, Zhubajie.com, to the new area, the first O2O Internet industry cluster in West China has formed. On June 16, Zhubajie.com received a cash injection of 2.6 billion yuan ($419 million).

As an important part of Chongqing's advertising industry, Liangjiang Advertising Industrial Park has been constructed into an accumulation area of creative advertisement enterprises. Approximately 150 companies operating in the fields of advertisement, communication, design and digital media management have now settled in the Park.

The Park boasts an advertising industry training platform, where lectures and speeches are given by scholars and entrepreneurs to train and improve upon the existing professional skills of company employees within the Park.
