The mobile game industry has been developing rapidly in Liangjiang in 2015, leading to rising standards of production quality among the area's mobile game developers.

Manju Internet Company is a recently-established company engaged in game art animation design and game development. Its founder, Peng Jie, established the company in five years ago and at the beginning of this year, brought his group to Chongqing municipality from Chengdu in Sichuan province to establish a new branch company in Liangjiang's Northern New District. The new branch aims to expand the new game markets in Chongqing.

Peng graduated in 2010 with his first undergraduate degree in animation. He and his university classmate jointly established the Manju Internet Company. At the beginning, the company was mainly involved with game art design projects.

Thanks to low start-up costs and local government support, many leading Chinese mobile game enterprises set up branches in Chengdu, helping to promote the city's game industry. Peng and his business partner grasped the opportunity and grabbed the market share.

In 2015, the scale of the Internet market in China is expected to reach 130 billion yuan ($20.36 billion). Peng believes that the mobile game industry is in a rapid development stage. "You can have an investigation to see how many people haven't played mobile game and then you can understand the market potential of this industry," he said.
