Tencent Makers Space initiated a female start-up alliance with the theme of "Her power" on May 10 in Chongqing, liangjiang.gov.cn reported.

A total of five female entrepreneurs who started their own businesses shared their experiences at the ceremony. Although gained from different industries, their wisdom was equally impressive.
The women shared their thoughts about and business models for cross-border e-commerce, beauty medical services, and internet catering.
The makers space, which offers office space, training and tutoring to females, is the first alliance of its kind in Chongqing. It enables female entrepreneurs to learn from each other.
Located at the Internet Industrial Park with a total area of 11,270 square meters, the Tencent Chongqing Makers Space has drawn a lot of attention from the community and has had a huge influence since it was launched in October 2015.
It mainly serves makers who want to start their business using the internet of things industry and internet plus.
Apart from the Tencent Makers Space, the Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee also brought in numerous other innovative spaces such as the Zhubajie Culture Creativity Innovation Space.
The new area will combine professional incubators, professional investment agencies and entrepreneur accelerators to promote innovation in Western China.
