Li Hesheng, a senior from Cybernaut Investment Group, pointed out that a good business plan should clearly introduce what the project will do and the project's core competitiveness.
At the end of 2015, Cybernaut opened a "maker space" in the Liangjiang New Area. According to its CEO, Li Dong, the maker space's main aim is to gather entrepreneurs and innovators to exchange ideas.
