Longxing Industrial Park held a contract signing ceremony promising cooperation with large foreign companies on June 23.

The Jihua Group Co signed agreements with top foreign sport equipment brands including IFLY and Wave Loch Inc from the US and Walltopia from Bulgaria to introduce sports equipment to Jihua Garden of the Longxing Industrial Park.

The Beijing Qiaobo Ski World, which has China’s largest skiing stadium, will also cooperate with the garden.

Jihua Garden, a project launched by the Jihua Group Co, was established in the Liangjiang New Area in May 2014. It is a comprehensive business development encompassing a shopping mall, high-end hotels, an indoor extreme sports center and a large conference center.

At the ceremony the garden’s sports center announced plans to offer indoor surfing, indoor rock climbing and skydiving. Both the center itself and the rock climbing area will be the largest and most comprehensive venues of their kind in southwest China.

He Yousheng, deputy director of the Liangjiang New Area’s management committee, said that Jihua Garden is in accordance with the new area’s development concept and will help upgrade the area’s tertiary industry.

The garden will also develop its supporting service system including stores and hotels to improve the overall experience of extreme sports lovers of Chongqing.
