Liangjiang's tourism products awarded in Chongqing

In the 2021 Chongqing Tourism Competition unfolded on July 9 in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality, three tourism products sent by Liangjiang New Area were awarded.

The competition was themed on "Creativity Boosts Tourism", and was jointly held by Chongqing Cultural and Tourism International Communication Center, Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and Rongchang distrct people's government.

Liangjiang's bureau of market regulation organized 13 related firms to participate in the competition, and selected five tourism products to enter the finals after a rigorous evaluation process.

Bafenghu capped cup sent by Liangjiang New Area. "Bafenghu" refers to a type of local tiger living in the Sichuan Basin. The tiger symbolizes Chongqing people's loyalty, courage, perseverance, hospitality and straight-forwardness. The cup won the bronze prize of the competition. Siji pickled vegetables sent by Liangjiang New Area are modeled after one of Chongqing's landmarks – the Chongqing People's Liberation Monument. "Siji" means "four seasons" in Chinese. The different colors of the four pickled vegetable bottles represent the distinct flavors of the vegetables during the four seasons. [Photo/Liangjiang's bureau of market regulation]
