Fun activities facilitate consumption recovery

During this year's Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, the Liangjiang New Area will seize the opportunity to boost consumption. Various business districts have introduced new ways to create new consumption scenarios and formats to meet residents' holiday needs.

From Sept 27 to Oct 31, the Chongqing-Chengdu Consumer Festival 2023 will be held in Sichuan and Chongqing simultaneously.

From Sept 29 to Oct 6, the Douyin Auto Carnival & Galaxy Ark Music Festival will also be staged at Longxing Football Field in the area.

This car festival, together with 25 automotive brands, will feature brand car exhibitions, food markets, graffiti, and other activities. You can search "抖音汽车嘉年华 (Douyin Car Carnival)" on Douyin to enter the online car exhibition.

Local car buyers will also receive subsidies, with each car eligible for a gasoline card or shopping card ranging from 3,000-6,000 yuan ($417.9-$835.8).

Located on the first floor of the "Belt and Road" Commodity Exhibition and Trading Center in the Lianglu Guoyuan Port Bonded Zone, a professional red wine market with thousands of wines from world-renowned wine producers such as France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, the United States, Argentina, Chile, and South Africa on display and available for tasting and trading during the holiday. The prices are 10 to 30 percent lower than the market price.
