The World Intelligence Expo is a merger of the World Intelligence Congress and the Smart China Expo. The former has been held in Tianjin seven times, becoming a leading indicator of global AI frontier technology and industrial development. The latter has been held in Chongqing six times, serving as a platform for the comprehensive display of the latest technologies and innovative achievements in the global intelligent industry.

At the opening ceremony, Zhang Xinghai, founder and chairman of SERES, as well as a representative of Chongqing's automotive industry, was invited to attend and deliver a speech, showcasing Chongqing's achievements in intelligent connected and new energy vehicles.
