In the second quarter, Liangjiang adjusted and formulated a "natural environment access list." This initiative focused on reducing pollution, reducing carbon emissions, improving tributary water quality, and enhancing risk prevention and control systems, proposing 19 overall control measures and 52 specific control requirements.

Furthermore, Liangjinag has accelerated the integrated development of science, technology, and industry. The proportion of the high-tech manufacturing industry output value reached 41 percent, nurturing a total of 416 technologically-advanced enterprises.

Clusters of intelligent manufacturing enterprises, represented by precision manufacturing and 3D printing, have formed, and the hydrogen energy industrial chain is taking shape. The development of new energy and new energy storage industries is rapid, while the energy conservation and environmental protection industries are making steady progress.
