Liangjiang launches intelligent manufacturing base

The completion of Longxing Intelligent Manufacturing Base's Phase I building was recently announced in Liangjiang New Area.

The project will be constructed in two phases. Phase I covers a total building area of approximately 185,000 square meters and consists of standard factory buildings, both single and multi-story. It is expected to be completed by May 2025. 

Phase II will have a total building area of approximately 390,000 square meters. It is expected to include standard factory buildings, a comprehensive building, and equipment rooms. Preparations for Phase II are nearly complete, and construction will soon commence. 

The base is adjacent to the Seres Super Factory, which has already attracted a cluster of automotive companies, including Seres and Sany Heavy Industry. 

A Seres supply chain industry cluster will be developed around the Seres Super Factory within a 5-kilometer radius. This green and low-carbon industrial park will feature an "industrial brain + super factory + industrial support" model.
