The Chongqing Economic Figures campaign was launched to encourage entrepreneurship and boost economic vitality, reflecting the city's rapid development and innovation achievements. This year's honorees represent intelligent connected vehicles, new energy, new materials, biopharmaceuticals, digital economy, high-end machinery manufacturing, and fintech. Among the award-winning enterprises, 16 exceed 1 billion yuan ($136.76 million) in annual revenue, and three surpass the 10 billion yuan milestone.
Sixteen of the awarded entrepreneurs are from Liangjiang, highlighting the new area's growing global footprint. Multiple honorees demonstrate exceptional achievements in international business expansion.

Yuan Jun, general manager of Chongqing Cummins Engine Co, is among the Top 10 Chongqing Economic Figures for 2025.
Chongqing Cummins, located in Liangjiang, is part of the globally renowned power solutions company Cummins and specializes in heavy-duty and high-horsepower diesel and gas engines. In 2024, the company achieved record-breaking annual output and shipments through strategic overseas projects, including leased power plants and mining operations.
At the event, Yuan said that Chongqing Cummins will pursue its strategic goal of establishing a global benchmark for engine R&D and smart manufacturing, intensify innovation, advance intelligent manufacturing, and support Chongqing's development of modern industrial clusters.
Wan Nianyong, general manager of Changan Minsheng Logistics Co, has pioneered innovative and smart logistics solutions for international markets.
Changan Minsheng is a comprehensive logistics provider that maintains extensive automotive industry partnerships. With a service network connecting more than 60 countries, the company has exported 600,000 vehicles and 17,000 TEUs over the past two years. Its Thailand joint venture was established earlier this year to support the global reach of Chongqing-made vehicles.
The event also released Chongqing's innovative economic reform cases and the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. Other award-winning cases include the Liangjiang Mingyue Lake Seed Fund, the Liangjiang-Tianfu collaboration on constructing an intelligent new energy vehicle hub, and a digital culture project.
