The China-South Korea Future Design Co-Creation Platform was launched on May 22 during the "Global Design Capital" industrial design product unveiling at the seventh Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade.
This significant development marks the first in-depth collaboration between Chongqing and South Korean design organizations, broadening Chongqing's international ties in the design industry.
The platform is dedicated to a range of sectors, including gaming, animation, intellectual property, and fashion. Its primary goal is to encourage the establishment of South Korean design institutions in Chongqing, nurturing a sustainable ecosystem that integrates design, culture, and technology.
In parallel development, Singapore and Chongqing jointly introduced the "Singapore Design Services Supply List 2025". This curated list highlights the offerings of nearly 100 Singaporean design companies, showcasing their unique specialties, expert teams, and case studies across various domains, such as industrial, service, and architectural design.
Chongqing will further strengthen its collaboration with Singapore based on the list, aiming to align with the needs of local enterprises and facilitate partnerships between companies in both regions.
