Leadrive Technology establishes factory in Liangjiang

Leadrive Technology (Chongqing) Co established its new energy vehicle motor controllers and power brick facility on July 3 in Liangjiang New Area.

Shen Jie, chairman of Leadrive Technology, emphasized the company's focus on high-performance domestic power semiconductors and solutions for new energy vehicle electric drive systems. The facility aims to provide localized production support for Changan, Seres, and other vehicle manufacturers in Chongqing.

Wang Zixiong, deputy director of the Liangjiang New Area administrative committee, highlighted the area's commitment to advancing collaborative development in the intelligent connected new energy vehicle industry, fostering the growth of innovative productive forces.

Wang added that the government will offer comprehensive, multi-level, and high-quality service guarantees to support enterprises in their endeavors.

The factory boasts a state-of-the-art modern manufacturing system, incorporating cutting-edge technologies from leading industry suppliers. With an annual production capacity of 900,000 sets of power bricks, the facility is expected to generate more than 1.7 billion yuan ($236.87 million) in annual sales.
