Building expo to open in Liangjiang

The third China (Chongqing) Building and Decoration Materials Expo will take place from Oct 29 to 31 in Liangjiang New Area, highlighting innovative achievements across the building materials and home furnishings industry and showcasing over 300 brands across eight specialized exhibition areas.

These areas will span diverse sectors, including system doors and windows, whole-house customization, and ceiling and floor materials. Another key feature of this year's expo is its collaboration with Chongqing's three major industry associations to form exclusive exhibition groups.

The expo will host over 10 forums, delving into topics such as renovation policies, applications of new materials, design trends, and AI marketing, with renowned experts, industry leaders, and designers offering in-depth discussions and insights.

Prominent real estate companies such as Vanke Group, Longfor Properties, and Jinke Properties, along with major construction firms such as China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Co, plus Liangjiang investment and financing platforms, will have representatives in attendance focused on project design and procurement.

Vanke will also deliver a special presentation on procurement plans for the rest of this year and 2026, providing exhibitors with direct access to top-tier procurement opportunities.
