Sevnce Robotics, recognized as a national-level "little giant" enterprise, has expanded and upgraded its production facility in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing.
The upgraded facility is designed with four specialized production lines dedicated to sub-assembly, final assembly, research and development, and testing, respectively. This configuration fosters an integrated closed-loop management system encompassing "R&D – testing – assembly – iteration".
Sevnce Robotics is advancing towards full-process digitalization by integrating sophisticated systems such as the manufacturing execution system (MES) and warehouse management system (WMS).
These technologies facilitate real-time monitoring and data-driven optimization from the intake of raw materials to the dispatch of finished products, enhancing production efficiency by 30 percent.
A notable feature of the facility is its focus on research and development activities related to real-world applications and navigation technologies. This proximity allows for rapid innovation and technical breakthroughs.
Sevnce Robotics has developed a comprehensive inspection system that includes legged, wheeled, tracked, and fire-fighting robots. The company has expanded its operations to international markets, including Qatar, Singapore, and Brazil.
Sevnce's diverse product lineup, featuring quadruped, wheeled, tracked, and rail-mounted robots, is deployed in critical frontline operations across industries such as oil, chemical, fire-fighting, and power.
These robots have identified over 30,000 potential hazards and resolved more than 300 safety risks, enhancing workplace safety. It is estimated that each robot saves enterprises over 800,000 yuan ($112,429) annually in labor and maintenance costs.
