Liangjiang unveils new high-tech industrial park

East Lake High-Tech Smart Technology Industrial Park in Liangjiang New Area has completed the first phase of its development, with 18 companies moving in and full occupancy anticipated by the first quarter of this year. The second phase of the development is scheduled for completion and delivery by December.

The park is focused on fostering emerging software clusters, including intelligent connected vehicle software, smart healthcare application software, and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms.

It aims to highlight industrial software innovations such as embedded software and integrated circuits, while also enhancing the foundational and application software industry chains.

The park, located near Metro Line 6, offers seamless access to major transportation hubs, including Chongqingbei Railway Station and Jiangbei International Airport. It is surrounded by commercial, leisure, and ecological facilities, providing ample amenities for businesses and employees, while medical and educational resources further enhance a high-quality work-life balance.

Negotiations are also underway with 10 additional companies interested in joining the park, focusing on sectors such as integrated circuits, automotive electronics, and smart terminals.

The park is located amid industry-leading enterprises, including the China Automotive Technology and Research Center, Seres Global Headquarters, and Boe Smart Innovation Center, and offers standalone factories, duplex factories, and high-rise, street-facing properties to accommodate enterprises' diverse production and research needs.
