Chongqing launches first AI OPC industry community

Chongqing's first artificial intelligence One Person Company (OPC) industry community has commenced construction in Liangjiang New Area. The first phase will feature 3,000 square meters of "move-in ready" space, concentrating on "AI+Applications" to attract innovative businesses.

The OPC model is driven by a single core individual who utilizes AI agents, a small team of auxiliary staff members, and outsourced collaboration to manage the entire process from research and development to market.

The community will offer favorable rental policies and shared facilities, including meeting rooms, high-speed internet, AI display areas, and live-editing spaces. It will also coordinate essential resources from leading enterprises and industry leaders to ensure efficient technology-market integration, offering comprehensive support in carrier services and talent development.

The community will integrate office, creative, and living spaces to create a "15-minute work-live-play lifestyle circle" and will promote the development of mainstream large-model AI aggregation platforms, lightweight productivity toolchains, and trusted data channels for OPC enterprises.

It will offer preferential terms for talent apartment rentals and home purchases and organize specialized training, exchange seminars, and courses to help entrepreneurial talent thrive in Chongqing.

Entrepreneurs will benefit from a free one-year, one-stop public service package covering business registration, tax, legal consultation, and intellectual property. The community will collaborate with banks to provide low-interest loans and offer support such as rent equity and equity investment for qualified high-quality projects.

Efforts will be made to secure resources, such as computing power and model vouchers, with each OPC assigned a dedicated manager to assist with large-model registration and compliance guidance.

The community will establish a "capability + opportunity" dual-list docking mechanism, opening eight digital scenarios in areas such as AI and intelligent networking for OPC companies to engage in. It will also host project roadshows, corporate technology salons, and other ecological activities, creating a "testing ground" for innovative ideas to flourish.
