Liangjiang to host 8th Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade

The eighth Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT) will be held from May 21 to 24 in Liangjiang New Area, featuring four major exhibition areas dedicated to productive services, industrial integration, and international and regional cooperation.

The concurrent Global Procurement Fair welcomes global buyers and suppliers to register starting March 24, inviting global buyers, channel distributors, industry leaders, and professional buyers to participate.

The fair will include five specialized matchmaking platforms focused on the automotive, logistics, healthcare, new energy, and overseas markets, offering in-depth discussions and industry salons to improve the efficiency of supply-demand matching.

The automotive session will cover vehicle manufacturing, core components, new energy products, intelligent connected technology, lightweight materials, and charging and swapping technologies to foster a green travel industry ecosystem.

The logistics session focuses on smart warehousing, cross-border logistics, and multimodal transport, linking the Belt and Road Initiative international logistics corridor.

The healthcare session centers on smart elderly care, medical equipment, smart home solutions, elderly care services, and financial services, advancing the high-quality development of the silver economy.

The new energy session covers photovoltaics, wind power, energy storage, integrated products, hydrogen energy, new energy vehicles and accessories, hydropower, nuclear power, biomass energy, and comprehensive smart energy solutions and services.

The overseas session targets automotive and components, motorcycles and components, food and agricultural product processing, general machinery, and hardware to facilitate supply-demand matching.

The fair will also connect international and domestic high-end market resources, providing value-added services such as policy interpretation, cross-border financial consulting, and trade compliance guidance.
