The Liangjiang New Area Federation of Trade Unions is rolling out mobile health checkup vehicles to serve workers in emerging employment sectors, such as couriers, food delivery personnel, and ride-hailing drivers. This initiative is part of the broader public welfare mobile health checkup program led by the Chongqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions.

These mobile units will be stationed at enterprises, logistics hubs, and delivery stations from April to November, benefiting over 1,700 workers and mutual aid members.

The federation is also implementing preventive measures against occupational diseases and injuries, offering services such as health consultations, personalized diagnoses, and on-site physiotherapy.

Post-checkup, workers will have access to report interpretations, risk alerts, online consultations, and smart health management.

The federation's plans focus on four key areas: advocating for workers' rights by addressing issues related to wages, rest, and safety; enhancing services by upgrading union stations to offer amenities such as drinking water, hot meals, and rest areas; expanding insurance coverage and exploring occupational injury protection; and providing platforms for skill training and professional development.
