Liangjiang unveils low-altitude economy industry academy

Aerospace Era Low-Altitude Technology Co in Liangjiang New Area has collaborated with the Chongqing Vocational Institute of Safety Technology to launch the Low-Altitude Economy Industry Academy.

The academy will utilize the resources of the vocational institute to introduce cutting-edge programs in low-altitude safety, logistics, and aircraft technology, enhancing synergy between industry needs and educational offerings.

Hu Fangxia, Party secretary of the vocational institute, highlighted the academy's commitment to better integrating industry and education by establishing state-of-the-art laboratories and technical service centers, which will provide opportunities for faculty and students to engage in real-world industry projects.

This hands-on approach is expected to produce over 500 specialized professionals annually.

The academy will also offer training, conduct outreach programs, and contribute to the development of industry standards, strengthening the safety framework of the region's low-altitude economy.

Wang Jiemin, chairman of Aerospace Era, emphasized the company's role in building a comprehensive product and service system that encompasses a full capability chain, including platforms, scenarios, and operations.

Wang added that Aerospace Era is committed to supporting the academy's mission by establishing a low-altitude training base and fostering a collaborative environment for faculty development, talent co-training, and shared employment responsibilities.
