The Liangjiang New Area market supervision authorities have introduced a streamlined service mechanism to simplify the process for food production enterprises to change their business licenses and food production permits, opening a dedicated green channel for license changes that features specialized windows, personnel, and lines to prioritize the acceptance, review, and issuance of licenses.

Both online and offline channels are available, enabling batch processing and guided support, ensuring immediate processing and review upon submission, and a comprehensive "pre-guidance, mid-assistance, and post-visit" service mechanism has been implemented, offering policy briefings, online consultations, and on-site guidance.

This approach provides businesses with a one-time notification of change conditions, required materials, and procedures, minimizing the need for repeated submissions and corrections.

Authorities have processed change requests for 42 food production enterprises, reducing processing times and streamlining documentation.

The plan is to provide ongoing follow-up services, ensuring effective integration of licensing approval with routine supervision, aiming to enhance service efficiency while maintaining strict food safety standards.
