Chongqing SauceIN Technology Co in Liangjiang New Area has introduced the SauceIN S1, an intelligent seasoning machine equipped with China's first self-developed "1,000 Taste Model".
This innovative device aims to transform home cooking by providing precise seasoning solutions and real-time culinary guidance.
Imagine saying, "I don't want to marinate, but chicken can be dry. Can I add more sauce?" and receiving a precise sauce ratio along with real-time advice on oil temperature and cooking heat.
The core innovation of SauceIN Technology lies in its deconstruction of flavors into over 20,000 taste factors, quantified into 12-dimensional flavor vectors, enabling AI to calculate optimal parameter combinations for any taste preference.
The SAUCEIN S1 is equipped with a magnetic camera to recognize ingredients, including five liquid and four solid base seasonings, made using concentrated freeze-drying technology similar to coffee capsules, ensuring precise seasoning.
The machine also features refrigeration and UV sterilization, employing a non-contact, pipe-free transmission method to prevent spoilage and simplify cleaning.
During user testing, a soon-to-be university graduate prepared her first fish-flavored shredded pork dish, sharing her culinary achievement with her mother: "Mom, look, I can cook now!"
Xue Xinyang, who founded SauceIN Technology in 2025, also delighted his 11-year-old daughter with the best cola chicken wings he had ever made.
The SAUCEIN S1 has attracted interest from customers in South Korea, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Korean clients find it particularly suited to local kitchens.
Xue emphasizes that the product will remain affordable and his team plans to train the model using user taste data and habits, offering customized versions for different markets.
SauceIN Technology received crucial support from the area's Mingyue Lake Innovation Base, which provides methodology guidance, mentorship from seasoned experts, and access to shared factories and supply chain networks.
