Construction on an industrial project at the Chongqing Guoyuan Port National Logistics Hub is now 70 percent complete and expected to be operational by December.
The project is bordered by Metro Line 4 of the rail transit system to the south, Guoyuan Port to the east, and Fugang Avenue and Yuzui Freight Station to the north.
The facility, featuring two factory buildings and essential amenities such as offices and dining facilities, supports heavy load capacities and wide column spacing, utilizing a pre-leasing and customization model tailored to the precise needs of future tenants.
Guoyuan Port, a vital strategic node within the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the Belt and Road Initiative, is a hub for the automotive and electronic information industries, hosting leading manufacturers such as Changan, Seres, and Corning.
