Liangjiang implements measures to boost individual businesses

Liangjiang New Area is prioritizing individual businesses' development needs through a series of initiatives, including deepening registration system reforms, holding policy briefings, and strengthening business cultivation.

The area has processed 2,512 registrations this year, encompassing the establishment, modification, and cancellation of individual businesses. In addition, 487 "individual-to-enterprise" transitions have been completed, over 300 business consultations provided, and more than 80 individual businesses have been supported in their transformations.

A cornerstone of these reforms is the introduction of a "decentralized acceptance, centralized review" model for individual business registrations, which standardizes registration and approval processes, mitigates corruption risks, and improves registration accuracy.

Authorities have also shifted from a passive to a proactive service delivery model through outreach activities in the Guanyinqiao business district, educating the public on registration policies, the advantages of the "decentralized acceptance, centralized review" reform, and the "individual-to-enterprise" application process.

The area also categorizes and nurtures individual businesses, offering targeted support and precise guidance on "individual-to-enterprise" transition policies, advantages, and procedures for those with stable operations and strong growth potential.
