Premier Li Keqiang inspects Chongqing Guoyuan Port and Chongqing Light Rail Line 6

Premier Li Keqiang visited Chongqing Guoyuan Port and inspected the development of Guoyuan Port in the Liangjiang New Area on April 28.

Premier Li Keqiang extends his greetings for the upcoming Labor Day to workers at a construction site on the Chongqing Light Rail Line 6 in southwest China's Chongqing, April 28, 2014.

He highly praised the construction workers' achievements and showed great concern about their working environment, living conditions and minimum wage. Li also posed for a group photos with them at the Port.

The workers warmly welcomed the premier. Chongqing Guoyuan Port, a crucial shipping centre in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, will eventually be connected with Yuxin'ou (Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe) International Railway.
