‘Happy Valley’in Overseas Chinese town project set up in LNA

A "Happy Valley"project in Overseas Chinese town is officially being set up in Liangjiang New Area (LNA). On June 3, nearly 1700 acres of land in Lijia area of the northern New District of Liangjiang New Area were transfered and the starting price was 5.1 billion yuan ($ 0.816). The land was finally bid for at the delisted price by Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town holding.

The Administrative Committee of the northern New District of Liangjiang New Area declared that Overseas Chinese Town would invest at least five billion yuan to construct an international leisure recreation center, including the Happy Valley, Maya water park project. The hilly Happy Valley project which will start at the end of 2014, is expected to receive tourists in the first half of 2017.
