Xia Bin, Vice-Director of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee and Party Secretary and Head of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Public Security Bureau
Xia Bin, male, Han ethnic group, was born in August 1970. He is a graduate student of the Party School of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee.
He currently serves as the vice-director of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee, the Party secretary, head and inspector-general of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Public Security Bureau, as well as the deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the CPC Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Committee.
