Luo Lun, male, Han ethnicity, born in November 1970, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as the vice-director of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee, Party secretary and director of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area public security bureau, chief inspector, and deputy secretary of the political and legal affairs commission of the Liangjiang New Area.
