"We are the only company in Liangjiang New Area which could provide a total solution to the public culture service," said Guo Weida, establisher of Chongqing Culture Service & Digital Resource Aggregater (CSDRA).

The company is a science innovation enterprise which focuses on the public digital culture service. The main businesses of CSDRA include information construction of public culture service system, digital library and culture service.

According to Guo, CSDRA was established in 2013 and moved into Liangjiang New Area in 2015. "In the new area, we can enjoy the best supporting facilities and preferential policies, which provide a good environment for our company," said Guo.

Before establishing the company, Guo was a staff member from digital culture industry. Guo realized that there was no company providing total solution to culture service. To grasp the opportunity, he finally decided to establish CSDRA to fill the industry blank.
