Since its establishment, Liangjiang New Area - the first inland state-level new area in China - has built a positive environment for university graduates and entrepreneurs to start their own businesses and realize their dreams.

Xiyouhui Café is Chongqing's first entrepreneurship-themed café and provides customers with a space to start their own businesses. Its owner, Chen Lin, said that the café is aimed at providing businesses starters and investors with a place to meet, network and communicate ideas.

Li Wenjie, manager of the IOS terminal game producer, Xuanjin Software said, "We game producers need a platform to communicate with investors to known if there's more financing channels and Xiyouhui Café has provided us with that platform".
