Liangjiang New Area recently introduced ten preferential policies aimed at encouraging talents to start new businesses in the area.

Under the new policies, overseas talents and overseas returned students who start new business in Liangjiang can receive preferential policy support in 10 aspects, including operational support and an allowance.

Liangjiang New Area has built itself into a center for innovation in the upper reaches of Yangtze River, creating a good environment for graduates and overseas returnees to start their own businesses. Authorities in Liangjiang hope to promote the area's ability to innovate and develop its open economy.

Liangjiang has made efforts to speed up the construction of its innovation center, located in the Northern New District and Shuitu Industrial Park. Northern New District has put the focus on the Internet industry and has launched projects such as the Cybernaut Mobile Internet Incubation Base and the Internet Industry Park.

During its first stage of the construction of the innovation center, Cybernaut invited 10 successful businessmen to act as the supervisors for startup businesses. Cybernaut also launched a special fund to support startups and encouraged supervisors to join the micro businesses' operations.

The Internet Industry Park in Liangjiang is an incubator base for Web-based financial startups. The incubator contains six functions, which include investment training and a startup service. As of now, more than 20 enterprises have entered the park.

Liangjiang's Shuitu Industrial Park has put emphasis on the robotics industry, industrial design and intelligent terminal design.

Liangjiang has made significant progress in attracting talent to the area thanks to the introduction of numerous preferential policies. It has also provided a comprehensive support system for talent in the area.
