Machinery giants are now hurrying to book their tickets to Chongqing for potential businesses and cooperation.

The Exhibition of Lijia International Machinery 2017 (CWMTE 2017) will be held at the Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Center in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, from May 25 to 29, 2017, to promote cooperation and exchange on equipment manufacturing in western China.

CWMTE 2017, the most important international machinery exhibition in the western half of China, will be co-hosted by Chongqing Economic and Information Commission, Chongqing Commerce Commission, and Chongqing Lijia Conference and Exhibition Company.

More than 900 renowned enterprises from home and abroad — including Fanuc, ABB, and Mazak — will bring 1,200 various pieces of machining equipment to put on display in the 78,000-square-meter exhibition area. And up to 35,000 professional visitors and purchasers are expected to attend the industrial feast.

This time the exhibition will be themed around “innovation, open, multi-element, and sharing”. It will host several high-end technical exchange areas involving machining, casting, industrial automation, robotics, heat treatment, moulds, and fastener plastics. Two new faces in the exhibition: Intelligent Manufacture in National Defense and Intensive Processing of Aluminum, are to be a great highlight.

Started in 2000, CWMTE has accumulated a great reputation and complete database of buyers with an increase in visitors every year. The last event was organized with an exhibition area of 75,000 square meters in six pavilions, attracting 30,073 professional visitors and purchasers, as well as 890 domestic and foreign exhibitors who demonstrated the latest equipment and technologies.
