The second meeting for the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area-Sichuan Tianfu New Area Coordinative Innovation Industrial Flagship Alliance took place on Jan 16.

A strategic cooperation contract was signed by Liangjiang's sci-tech innovation bureau and Tianfu's sci-tech innovation and talent service bureau. The two sides pledged to join efforts in rolling out a slew of leading and major projects to facilitate the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

New members of the alliance were conferred certificates. At present, the alliance boasts nearly 100 members, including new research institutions, innovation-based enterprises, technological achievement transfer service providers and intellectual property right service institutions.

With the two-way flow of talent and sci-tech resources between Tianfu and Liangjiang, the cooperation between the two sides has deepened.
