With a prime location in the Hexinjiayuan phase-I and phase-II housing placement communities, Jiulongshan Primary School in Shuitu Hi-tech Industrial Park is 3km from Jiangbei Middle School, a key middle school in Chongqing.

Covering a total area of about 12,000 square meters, the newly-established school consists of a teaching building, a laboratory building, and a multifunctional office building, as well as a gym and canteen complex. To be specific, it has a teaching building with four floors, a laboratory building with four floors, an office building with five floors (including a multifunctional hall with an aboveground floor and an underground floor), and a gym and canteen complex with two aboveground floors and 1 underground floor.

According to school officials, Jiulongshan Primary School has a capacity for 30 classes, and 8 classes of students will be enrolled this autumn. After it is opened officially, the school will be a convenient choice for the nearby schooling of children from Hexinjiayuan and farmer households in the neighborhood who have been given a non-agricultural status due to land acquisition.
