The 2014 2nd session of human resources management training for enterprises which have settled in Liangjiang New Area was organized by Liangjiang's New Area Human Resources Bureau and Liangjiang's New Area Human Resources Ltd.
50 HR officers from 39 enterprises, including AT & S, Hankook Tire, and Dongfeng Automobile, attended the training sessions. Zeng Chuan, director of the Employment Division, Human Resources Department of Chongqing Changan Group, led the training session. During his lecture, he outlined the human resource management system in Changan, including recruitment, performance, training, career planning and other human resources modules.
He also gave detailed explanations about demand design, channel development, implementation, and feedback assess four aspects. The lecture was rich in case histories and theory and easy to put into practice in the real world, and it was praised by attendees.
Deng Meitao, head of the Liangjiang New Area Party Committee Organization Department, said that the host of the training echoed attendees' positive feedback for the 1st training session earlier this year. The 1st training session invited responsible officers from Chongqing IESS relevant business departments to elaborate on labor relations, labor arbitration, pensions, workers' compensation, health care, etc., which were concerned with the issue of macroeconomic policies and regulations.
The 2nd session was more focused on micro-level practices. Liangjiang New Area will continue to host human resources management training to help new settled enterprises to strengthen their management, and improve human resource management, in a bid to provide strong skills sets and intelligent support for the rapid development of the enterprise.
