The 91st China Food and Drinks Fair started in Chongqing National Expo Center, Chongqing Municipality from October 12 to 15. To enhance public participation and encourage more interaction, the 2014 Chongqing specialties exhibition was held at the outdoor plaza of Chongqing National Expo Center.

As an important affiliated event, the 2014 Chongqing specialties exhibition made the most use of the popularity and influence of the 91st China Food and Drinks Fair and attracted more than 200 exhibitors. There were four themed areas, which were a Chongqing specialties and time-honored brand area, a national specialties area, a Taiwan Shihlin specialties area and a happy zone.
