The 2014 Liangjiang enterprises’ college recruitment tour recently kicked off in Chongqing Engineering Vocational Technical College, Chongqing Municipality. Well-known enterprises which have settled in Liangjiang New Area, including BOE Group, SAIC-GM-Wuling, and Hankook Tires, recruited 271 graduates on-site.
In the next three months, more than 20 well-known companies from Liangjiang New Area will unveil more than 1,000 job positions to graduates.
A spokesman for BOE Group said that the Liangjiang enterprises’ college recruitment tour attracted more students to participate; therefore, BOE had the chance to meet more qualified candidates to meet their needs.
The tour was organized by the Human Resources Bureau and Human Resources Company in Liangjiang New Area in a bid to help graduates find jobs, as well as to enhance Liangjiang enterprises’ reputation and influence.
Since the launch last year, the tour has gained widespread attention and support by enterprises and universities. In September this year, Liangjiang New Area held a college-enterprise Job Fair, which provided a communication platform for 41 companies and 44 universities. From mid October to late December, Liangjiang Area Human Resources Company will continue to organize key enterprises to pay visits to Chongqing University, Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering and other institutions to carry out recruitment.
Meanwhile, Liangjiang Area Human Resources Company will visit colleges and universities in Sichuan, Yunnan, Hubei, Hunan, Gansu, Shaanxi and other provinces to carry out cross-regional recruitment.
