A national labor emulation contest seminar themed "promoting regional development" was held in Liangjiang New Area on Nov 5.

The labor emulation contest seminar was jointly organized by the Federation of Trade Unions of Chongqing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian, Gansu, Shanxi and other places.

The relevant officials and representatives from the economics and technology department, All China Federation of Trade Unions, and eight provincial federations of trade unions attended the seminar, together with advanced units and individuals of the 2013 Liangjiang labor emulation contest.

During the seminar, attending experts delivered keynote speeches on the two key themes of inland opening-up and urban and rural development. Other attendees also shared their insights on how to better carry out a labor emulation contest.
