Ling Yueming, director of the Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee met a delegation from Inspur Group led by the chairman Sun Pishu on November 17.
The two sides discussed issues related to cooperation. Ling Yueming briefed visitors on the economic operations, and electronic information industry as well as the development advantages in Liangjiang New Area. He said that since its inception, Liangjiang New Area has maintained high growth.
As for the electronic information industry, laptop manufacturing is playing a leading role. In the future, Liangjiang New Area will not only focus more on the high-end manufacture in the electronic information industry, but will also continue to focus on cloud computing and big data construction. Ling Yueming hoped that the two sides could strengthen cooperation in terms of big data.
Sun Pishu said that Inspur Group is now vigorously promoting the cloud center construction, and has collected a large volume of 11 categories of data. Inspur Group will not only build a data center, but also plans to develop cloud services. He expressed his hope to have further cooperation with Liangjiang.
Yuan Anjun, vice president of Inspur Group, and Tang Zongwei, deputy director of Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee attended the meeting.
