The main building construction of Liangjiang Prologis Logistics Center has been capped recently. Decorations for four single-deck warehouses will be completed soon and they are expected to be put into operation by the end of December.
Prologis is the leading owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, focusing on global and regional markets across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
With a total investment of over $100 million, Liangjiang Prologis Logistics Center settled in Yunfu Industrial Park, Liangjiang New Area in June 2013. With a total construction site of 180,000 square meters, the center consists of eight high-quality large-scale trade logistics warehouses. The construction was divided into two phases, and the first phase construction kicked off in August 2013.
Liangjiang Prologis Logistics Center has a superior geographical location, close to China's largest inland port – Chongqing Guoyuan Port, Jiangbei International Airport, Chongwan Railway and Yuyi Expressway.
In the future, the center will actively establish cooperation with enterprises in Liangjiang New Area and Chongqing Municipality, in a bid to set up a Prologis’ logistics base for the southwest market and promote the logistics industry development of Liangjiang International Automobile City.
