Ling Yueming, director of Liangjiang’s New Area Administrative Committee visited students attending a training course of the “Construction and Opening-up of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone” in the China Executive Leadership Academy, Shanghai, Pudong on December 9.

Ling Yueming asked in detail about the students’ learning and living conditions, and encouraged them to cherish the rare opportunity of learning and deep-thinking. He expressed his hope that students could learn the successful experience of constructing China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and apply it later in the construction of Liangjiang New Area when they are back.

Students were encouraged by Ling’s visit and said that they will apply their knowledge and actively participate in the national "one belt and one road" and Yangtze River Economic Belt construction.
