According to the Chongqing Geography Information Center, the Liangjiang Smart Online Platform has entered an acceptance period after two years of construction, Chongqing Commercial Daily reported.
The newly constructed online platform will provide transport service information in the Liangjiang New Area. Through the platform, users can easily find the address of various constructions and view panoramic images. What's more, information of surrounding service facilities, such as cafes and hotels, will also be available to the users.
Qian Wenjin, director of the Liangjiang Smart Online Platform likened the platform to a huge water reservoir and said that users could turn on the "tap" to get plenty of information.
The platform also has the function of navigation. Compared with the other navigation software, the navigation of the Liangjiang Smart Online Platform is more accurate.
"Smart phones have become increasingly popular, so users should be able to easily find a navigation app. However, some navigation apps can't cover all places in Liangjiang. Compared with the general navigation apps, our product is more like a professional tour guide, telling users information from food to leisure," said Qian.
The platform also has wide application for business use. For example, supermarket chains may need to know certain market and shipping information in Liangjiang before choosing a new location, and the platform could help to integrate and analyze the data for them.
