Tutors and students from the University of Cambridge visited production enterprises in Chongqing's Liangjiang new area on April 17, aiming to strengthen their communication and ties with Liangjiang.
According to the Liangjiang administrative committee, the delegation from Cambridge visited Huazhong Numerical Control Co (HNC), Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology and Chongqing Lifan Motors, where they learnt of innovation measures and new business modes implemented by the area's enterprises.
As a leading company in the country's robotics and intelligent equipment industry, HNC has two bases in Shenzheng and Chongqing. "We choose Chongqing as one of our bases because the auto industry and electronic information industry are developed in this city and both industries have high a demand for robots," said a senior from HNC.
