Riding on the crest of the Internet service industry boom, O2O commerce (Online to Offline) in the Liangjiang New Area has entered a new development stage.
Zhubajie.com, operated by ZBJ Network Inc, is an Internet marketplace and workplace for non-physical products, including service, design and digital goods.
According to statistics, nine O2O services are available from ZBJ Network's website, a platform which has more than 1,000 merchants operating businesses there.
On Mother's Day, Mrs. Xu from Chongqing received a surprise gift from her daughter. "My daughter ordered a massage service from the website and the next morning, a professional masseuse came," said Mrs. Xu.
According to Li Chenghan, manager of ZBJ Network's Operation Department, customers of zhubajie.com can follow its official WeChat account and order services via the platform. The positioning system will track the customer's geographic location and arrange the service.
As an O2O commerce operator, zhubajie.com faces the challenge of effectively supervising its service process. In regard to this, Li said that ZBJ Network has cooperated with Chongqing's housekeeping companies to ensure that home support workers receive a standard level of professional training.
"Customers can give their feedback of the service via our platform to help us improve the standard," Li said.
