Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area started to issue "three in one" business license to enterprises based in the district on June 16, in a move to increase its administrative efficiency.
The "three in one" business license has same effects as the combination of industrial and commercial trading certificate, organization code certificate and the tax registration certificate.
Entrepreneurs now only need to apply for one business license before starting their businesses in Liangjiang, instead of going through multiple approval procedures in three different governmental departments.
The new license issuing process cuts down the administrative approval procedures from three to four days to less than four hours, saving companies that will settle in Liangjiang time and effort.
Mashang Consumer Finance Company was the first to receive Liangjiang's "three in one" business license. Zhao Guoqing, CEO of the company, spoke highly of the district's simplification and efficiency in administrative affairs.
"This new registration system manifests that Liangjiang is an ideal investment destination because of its low cost, high efficiency and customer-oriented service awareness," he said.
The "three in one" business license is only a tip of the iceberg. Liangjiang has been making efforts over the past five years to reform the administrative approval system and increase government's work efficiency, in an effort to improve the investment environment in the district.
