Chongqing Jinshan Cultural and Creative Industrial Park will be built in the Liangjiang New Area, in what could be one of the most potential projects in service industries in Liangjiang.
The Park will be located in the Northern New Industrial District of Liangjiang and occupy 130,000 square-meters area. The total investment of the project has so far reached 500 million yuan ($80.6 million).
The Park will follow the patternin which Shenzhen Nanhai Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, where abandoned factories are transformed into a cultural industrial cluster, was built. New materials and energy-saving technologies will be employed during the construction, with a view to build a "green" industrial park.
Businesses in the Park will include creative design such as art galleries and studios and touristic facilities, such as art-themed hotels, bookshops and restaurants. A business incubator for start-ups in cultural industries will also be built, which will provide entrepreneurs and artists with pioneering instructions and financing services.
Upon its completion, the Park's annual output value is expected to reach 6 billion yuan, according to the director of the project.
