To help temporarily relocate displaced residents from dilapidated houses, Liangjiang has provided 1,324 public rental units as a replacement until renovation works are complete.

According to a senior staff member from Liangjiang Public Rental Housing Company, the company has provided 275 units of public rental housing units to aid households awaiting renovation works on dilapidated buildings.
The company will also establish profiles for the households and provide them with a one-stop service which will include the acceptance and settlement of complaints.
"To provide a better service to the residents of our public rental units, we have constructed a smart management platform," said a senior staff member.
